Accessibility

Remembrance wants every family to be able to find care here, whatever they use to browse.

Remembrance wants every family to be able to find care here, whatever they use to browse: a screen reader, a keyboard alone, voice control, magnification, or a device set to reduce motion.

Our standard

We build remembrancepets.com to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. That standard contains everything in WCAG 2.1 AA, the version most often cited under the Americans with Disabilities Act, and adds requirements that help people with low vision, people with cognitive disabilities, and anyone on a phone.

Where we stand

The directory was audited in September 2026 with automated testing on desktop and mobile layouts and with manual keyboard testing, and every issue found was fixed. We consider the site partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA while we complete screen reader testing, and we re-run the audit each quarter alongside our listing verification.

Known limitations

Provider logos and review quotes come from the businesses and from Google reviews, and we publish them as we receive them. Provider websites we link to are outside our control.

Tell us about a barrier

If any part of this site is hard to use, email contactus@remembrancepets.com with the page address and what happened. A person reads every message, and we treat accessibility reports as bugs to fix.

Technical notes

The site is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, with browser zoom up to 200 percent, and with the accessibility settings built into iOS, Android, Windows and macOS. The homepage video is muted, can be paused, and is not loaded when your device asks for reduced motion.
