Remembrance Inc. (“Company”, “We”, “Our”, or “Us”) respects Your privacy and are committed to protecting it through Our compliance with this policy (this “Policy”). All undefined capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings set forth in the Terms of Service. This policy applies to information We collect: 

• On this website (the “Site”) and Our mobile application (the “App”) (these terms may be used interchangeably in this Policy); and

• Us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by Company or any third party (including Our affiliates and subsidiaries); or

We may maintain pages for Remembrance on social media platforms, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, YouTube, Instagram, and other third-party platforms. You or the platforms may provide Us with information through the platform, and We will treat such information provided to Us in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Affiliates. Although We currently do not have a corporate parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, or other companies under a common control (collectively, “Affiliates”), We may in the future. We may share Your personal information with these Affiliates for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Payment Processing. We currently use a third-party payment processor to process payments for the Service. We do not process, record, or maintain Your payment card information or other payment method, except in a tokenized format.

Business Transfers. SECURITY PRACTICES

The security of Your personal information is important to Us. We employ a number of organizational, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information We collect. Passwords are stored on Our server in encrypted form. Unless this Privacy Policy states otherwise, Our employees are required to keep the information set out here confidential. However, security risk is inherent in all internet and information technologies, and We cannot guarantee the security of Your personal information. HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS

You may exercise the rights described above as follows:

• Right to Opt-Out of Sales. Currently, Remembrance does not sell Your personal information. However, if We in the future do, We will provide You with a mechanism to exercise Your right to opt out of sales of Your personal information.

• Right to Information, Access, and Deletion. You may exercise the information, access, and deletion rights described above by submitting a verifiable request to Us by visiting: remembranceplace.com or emailing: support@remembranceplace.com. 

Only You or a person registered with the applicable Secretary of State that You authorize to act on Your behalf, may make a verifiable request related to Your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of Your minor child under 13. The verifiable request must: (1) Provide sufficient information that allows Us to reasonably verify You are a resident of one of the states named above about whom We collected personal information or their authorized representative; and (2) Describe Your request with sufficient detail that allows Us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

These rights are not absolute, are subject to exceptions, and We may be required or permitted by law to decline Your request.
